My offer:

  • Personal training for individuals
  • Personal training for small groups of 2 to a maximum of 4 people
  • Intensive weekends with water and athletic training for individuals, groups and club teams
  • Video analysis
  • Writing of training plans for self-swimming
  • Support in mental preparation for competitions

Together we will work on the key elements of each swimming style and deepen them step by step. Once the basics are stable, I will show you how to swim successively faster, more efficiently and with more endurance.

What are your goals?

At the beginning we have to find out together where you are and where you want to go:

  • What are you able to do ? What comes easily to you?
  • What doesn't work somehow?
  • Where do you want to go?
  • What is most important to you?
  • What effort can or do you want to put in?
  • How intensive should my support be?
  • How long should the project last?

The desired success will be achieved with great certainty if you train 1-2 times per week and we ideally meet every week or every other week. The more often you train (with me), the faster you will swim better.

As a licensed fitness trainer C and through my own sport I am well acquainted with nutrition programs and accompanying athletics.

Swimming is based on a few technical fundamentals

  •  Head position and water position
  • Rotation and glide phase
  • Surface phase and recovery
  • Underwater phase and propulsion

Everything else is practice!
